Also, what stops Snape from using whatever spell gives him Sidious' lightsaber, but Sidious uses a Pull to takes Snape's wand?

cuz i have never seen them casting a spell when they didnt have a wand, even Voldy needs one or hes useless, as anybody with more than 2% muscle could tell you

Confundus. All Snape has to do is say Confundus and the fight is over. Takes far less time to stand there and say one word than it does to cast force attacks.

Side note: Confundus was used by barty Crouch Jr. to hoodwink the Goblet of Fire, which is one of the most powerful magical objects in the HPverse. Just saying.

Nice reach, but wrong. Sidious cannot mind trick Snape because Snape is not weak minded. Snape's Confundus will work fine on Sidious because Confundus does not rely on it's victim being weak minded.

That was ROTJ, this is Sidious from ROTS. Only feats up to ROTS count. His force lightning was slow in ROTS.
Besides, even if he fires it as fast as he did in ROTJ, Snape can easily say one damn word before it hits him. Or...............Say it WHILE being force choked!!!!! Luke, while being force choked: "Father, please!!!"
