It took the combined might of all the Valar to defeat Morgoth so Sauron is obviously very powerful. And no Sauron doesn't need to use fire breath. His grip can burn Dracula to a pile of ashes. Dracula vs Sauron is like a military tank vs Godzilla. They all end up one way. DESTROYED.
