Rulk with Full Loeb Force actually has more ridiculous feats than Squirrel Girl does but SG would win.

With the full Loeb Force on his side, Rulk will make a stomp in the beginning, but then SG will turn the tide, and with the help of Tippy Toe throwing a random acorn at Rulk's feet, causing him to trip, she will catapult him head-long into the sun, bound by indestructable acornamantium chains she just happened to have in her purse...
