ImageJ für CLSM (Mikroskop)

Hallo!
Danke.

We have quite a few posters fluent in German, anyone can translate?

Probably nothing more than spam, but still... me curious.

Hello!
I know net if I'm right here, but I have problems with the analysis of microscope images with JmageJ. In "Set Measurements" I can select various parameters such as Area, Perimeter, Circularity ... Unfortunately, I do not know most of these parameters and am therefore not sure what I did for my microscope images that I received with the CLSM, need. Has anyone ever have to work so similar? If so would appreciate any help!
Thank you.
