Staying consistant with my rationale vis-a-vis PG vs. A, I'd say that -- even though Kara has had reasonable showings against Karen -- PG has the general (though by no means overwhelming) edge against SG; placing Andromeda just below PG puts her between PG and SG, so I'll say Andromeda takes a marginal win in this. As all their powers are virtually identical, this isn't an unreasonable rationale, and seems to at least generally take into account their feats and generally displayed power levels.
Andromeda: 5.5-6/10
