The fact is cheesy power leveling has been and will be in every single player RPG that's ever been made. From Final Fantasy to Skyrim. The only difference is Skyrim's leveling system, DDM is doing the equivalent of in a Final Fantasy game walking around a forest with enemies that give way better EXP than their easy difficulty would imply for hours on end.
People will always find ways to do this kind of thing to gain levels as quickly as possible.
"To all visitors from Transylvania looking for the head of Voivode Dracula: Yes, we have it. Yes, he's dead. No, you cannot see it. No, he will not return and invade you again. It has been over thirty years, please stop pestering us."
Apparently the game was supposed to be really bugging and broken on the PS3, but I got it for the 360 initially on launch and it was nearly unplayable, my character's face kept disappearing, the game froze frequently and I fell through the game world constantly. I traded it and got the PS3 and I only in countered one glitch since then where my main hand weapon speed went into super slow mo when duel wielding, and I had to reload an older save. I guess I should just chalk that up to luck based on what I've read.

I got it for the PC a few months back. I had almost no problems with it, at all.
There was one time when the game would shut down due to a corruption in the save but I was able to work through that. Another time I clipped through a mountain and fall to hell. But those are pretty much the only glitches or bugs I encountered.
If you count arrows bouncing off of bad guys but still harming them, that happens every now and then. But I think that is intentional programming because it happens to guys that have armor or to "hard" creatures.
I think Skyrim has plenty of DLC in the form of mods to be honest. I don't find myself wishing for something like shivering Isles for Skyrim atm. I still have 30 level to go before reaching 80 on my latest character and the perks are (once again) becoming a problem, so it's time to reinstall the dragon souls to perk mod
