Okay, I have a headache but I love you guys so I'll give details on everything, post for both my characters, and give more information on other such things. Better get ready.

@Reg: This isn't a Hosted RP. I came up with the idea, that's it. I'm not the "RP Master" like there is in Hero High 3 (which I believe Big O said he mentioned that it would be like that). I'm just the "Game Updater" and the Knowledgeable one of the RP. I would think you guys would be psyched to have that opportunity O.o but if you want to be told what to do...
Daft is good on my count. I just wanted to be sure everyone was okay with it and not just me.

Chosen Abilities
Strength:
Physical Strength - How much damage one can deal or how much one can Lift.
Basically it's your Strength indicator. If you choose Physical Strength for this, your character gains an incredible amount of physical strength. It's pretty much self explanatory.
Endurance - How much damage one can take.
Different then Physical Strength. Endurance gives you a great resilience to extreme damage. If you want a direct indication of Chosen Endurance, "They can survive a gunshot to the head". That doesn't make them invulnerable, and they will still feel pain, but it won't kill them... at least not the first.
Counter Offense - A Chosen's reaction speed in combat.
The speed that a Chosen can react in a situation. Chosen Counter Offense registers at 200% of a natural reaction.
Will:
Magical Prowness: Awareness of Magical Presence.
Without Magical Prowness, a chosen is Oblivious to the presence of Magic in the air. They can't sense it.
Mana Counter (Amount of available Energy)
Starry explained this well. It's a pool of magic-- to be blunt. If someone with Mana Counter fights a Magic Fight with someone without it, they have a significantly greater amount of magical energy. They can cast more spells and more powerful spells (due to it requiring more mana). Mana is the primary source of power in Chosen, they all have magical abilities though not all are keen to it (not all can use it).
Intelligence:
Knowledge of Past: Information on Past Events.
Their mind is an infinite flowing data base of past events. Even if they were not there, they can recall it at a whim.
Knowledge of Present: Information on Current Events.
Their mind is greatly aware of the moment. They know what's happening every second, of every day. This is not seeing the future. An example follows... like a Security Officer. They watch the screen, the screen shows every part of a building. The Chosen's mind see's everything happening at that moment.
Knowledge of Future: Information on Future Events.
This is pretty much obvious. The Chosen see's the future.
Chosen Insight: The ability to synchronize with another chosen to see what they can see.
Chosen Insight means that your chosen is fully synchronized with every other chosen. If you choose to activate it, you can see through the eyes of another chosen. Example... Alice (starry's chosen) can see through the eyes of Shadoboi. The other chosen is completely oblivious to this happening though. Imposing? Hehehe.. But if not mastered in its art (which none of them are) it deals a heavy toll on the user and leaves them drained momentarily of energy.
Sorry, I should have given more detail from the beginning.
What's going on now. It's the 2nd Day of the IN RP Moment. The Chosen just discovered who/what they are. But it's blunt.. they don't have instant understand of what they are. The recommended thing if you are having trouble thinking of an idea is that they are completely taken by this. They are trying to understand what happened or even if what happened is real.

Sure, you can edit it Daft. lol, confusing posts aye? Let's try and keep posts to around 1 paragraph if its just a post. That way its easy for others to understand. (That doesn't mean make it one sentence, don't be lazy! XD)
@Bladewind: You can or not, it doesn't matter. He is close enough that people can interact, I'm giving the opportunity for you guys to do so.
@Starryknight: I was a bit blunt on it, but the light isn't far away from Alice. It's in the same state, just more in an open spot of New York. No.. that doesn't mean it has to be MILES UPON MILES!

lol, I'm not waiting on anyone. I just want to see if those of you who are near the light want to respond to it. I'll post on here no matter what tonight whether Starry and you post or not.
@Daft: I don't know what others think of the huge paragraphs. I wonder if they dislike it, but anyways I actually enjoy it. I'm cooking right now and it gives me something to do while I wait the 15 minutes in-between. But anyways, the thing I was about to say... Just so you know the other Chosen aren't in Colorado (At least not most of them). If that's not a problem for you, we don't all have to be in the same place. Just informing you.
AND... It's not night-time yet. In the US we are separated by a few hours yes, but it's impossible to be about mid-day one place and dark enough that if a light goes out the entire alley goes black in another. If however, I missed a timing update, forgive me. But this is another reason why I try to make sure everyone gets a chance to post so that they don't end up starting at 8:00 AM while everyone else is at 3:50 PM.

Sorry I'm really out of it this current week. I end up writing too much and lose track of the details. 
Being in a different state is being dealt with, He's just gonna fly back afterwards.
time zone wise, that was a huge mistake on my part, sorry about that

@Daft: Just watch your posts. It doesn't look like many people mind them and it gives me something to do, but keep it in your control range. Remember that you alone can't change the time that far ahead, it moves gradually. Use your best judgment and keep the time moving but don't skip times. Also... make sure that you guys take a break to eat (RP Wise). We might be unique, but we need to eat (Except blade, because he's odd that way) XD
@Starry: it's okay. You have an excuse not to have to post everyday. So long as you post every now and then. I just don't want this RP to die before it hits its 40th page XD (yeah, like that'd happen)
@Blade: I forgot what I was going to say..

I really should have added this when I figured I'd include the Order. This is just an In-Game type warning just in case. I don't want anyone to end up getting maimed.
Note: I actually wasn't going to add this because they are only Side-Characters and not so much part of the main RP. Biography (optional): In the Human Realm, not much is known about Mishoru Kentara outside of the Order. Even within the Order, certain things remain a secret. Mishoru joined the Order near the time of the Rebirth. Whether these events have any connection with each other is unknown. Mishoru wields a large crescent sword which despite popular opinion-- they use quite skillfully and swiftly, leaving only half a second between their chain attacks.
