Sure, just do me a favor and wait for confirmation before you Start RPing. I just want to make sure you check off with the qualifications ^_^ So write out your character info first.
Ok well here is my Cs, with a bit of OOC info as well just so get a better idea.
Name: Arthur Kale Rosthlin. ((Mostly known by Kale, except for contracts which he signs K. His original name has been wiped from the internet and any database however those with Chosen Insight have that advantage))
Age: 22
Gender: Male
Personality: Clever, Ruthless when pushed, has an inner rage/madness that only gets triggered when close to death, Relentless, yet has a very small soft spot in his heart. ((Possible Weakness))
Status: To be honest, He's a hitman. Because of his powers, it means he is one of the more efficient, and subsequently the lesser known of the mercenary world. ((Eventually he doesn't realize he is a Chosen until very late, in the mean time gets a contract to kill other Chosen. However for major major character development in the future, I dont mind/hoping he becomes good in the end, but we shall see :P))
Location: New York City. Lives in a messy, dark apartment by himself with a view of the city.
Species: Human
Nationality: Half American, Half Korean.
Appearance: Black hair, short and spiky. Face is young and has a scar running across his left cheek. average height at 6ft, relatively skinny build with a little muscle. eyes are dark brown and constantly narrowing giving the look that he's always pissed off.

Counter Offense (already quite good at reactions from his training however the chosen ability accelerated it even further)
Mana Counter
Chosen Insight. (will not come immediately but later, I understand it puts him on the backfoot for a while however the badguys usually are. plus if he had the insight it would give away that he is a chosen, so rather it came later and confused him)
Non-Chosen Power(s) [Personal Abilities]:
Unarmed Combat training.
Dark energy Manipulation. (being able to disappear into the void and come back out at different locations, being able to open rifts in the world that others might fall into, can move objects, can turn his arm into a rift with a blade extension (or both, anything it touches will have the same effect as being sucked into the rift, but only that part. for example if he cuts a desk in half, the area which touched the blade would disappear however the other sides of the desk that haven't been touched would remain, looking as though they have been torn apart. Also turning a body part into a rift will heal that part if maintained for a short period of time, with scarring however.) and other dark energy related spells.

Biography (optional): ((You can skip onto the next paragraph if you want to hear the current situation as this is rather long ))
As a child, Kale was curious about the dark arts. He always had a feeling he was different than the other kids in his primary class. His parents told him that everybody thought they were different however Kale was determined to prove them wrong. When Kale was 9, he succeeded. He was sitting on his bed staring at his index finger when suddenly the finger began to turn black, and within a second, turned into his first void rift. He was captivated by the darkness, as he stared into what was effectively his finger, he could hear voices whispering, calling out to him. Then Kale got over confident, he willed the rift to spread, eventually covering his whole hand and arm. He figured out how to change the rift's rim, so that it could adopt different shapes such has a blade. Then he walked over the the mirror and left the rift spread some more. Within moments his whole upper half of his body was pure darkness. With a curious left finger, he reached up to wipe his cheek when suddenly it happened. A void rift tearing another void rift. All the dark energy exploded in a horizontal oval, devouring anything that was consumed by it; his bedroom, half of the apartment he lived in, and his parents in the next room. By the time the fire brigade arrived, all they found was Kale, hugging his legs in the ruins with a deep gash across his left cheek. As a crowd gathered, Kale noticed a man dressed in a black suit was staring right at him. After Kale was brought out by the firemen, the man came up to him and introduced himself as Rio, and one of Kale's father's friends. Rio took Kale under his wing and raised him, and effectively trained him. As he grew up, Kale found out about his father's career as a hitman and how he eventually quit for his family. As Kale became stronger and older, he began to understand and harness the power of the darkness effectively becoming a killing machine. Rio however, began to get greedy and wanted the power for himself. One night Kale discovered an email from Rio to the mercenary world, saying that Rio would attempt to extract Kale's power and distribute it for a price. Kale went and confronted Rio, who pulled out a gun in desperation. As he fired a few shots, Kale raised his arm and turned it into a shield, dissolving the bullets as they hit. As Kale advanced, Rio found whatever furniture he could, throwing it helplessly into the void. Finally he was backed into a corner, staring into the void as Kale advanced further, consuming him with his shield.
Kale left Rio's home, taking whatever money he could find as well as a phone book. He found an apartment in NYC to live in and with Rio's contacts, began to make connections. He started doing jobs when he was 17 and although at first, contractors were hesitant to hire a teenager, Kale soon proved his worth, completing a job that was initially given with the expectation that Kale would fail and die. Now he lives alone, jobs are scarce, his money running out, until contractors realize the Chosen exist.

I'm a bit annoyed with being the one that always approves. lol btw this is not a post of me ranting. This is the "Unhosted" section after all. For Daft's character, I say that the members of this RP should be the ones to approve it. To say if from their experience, they think its fair. From what I've seen in it-- I approve. However, I want everyone else to input as well.
There are other reasons that I'm posting this of course.
-My internet has a problem with KMC apparently and it lags for about 5 minutes every "5 minutes" so I'm having trouble posting all the time on it. If I disappear for a few days as I have been, don't worry about it. Go ahead and have fun with it and be creative and I'll post as much as I can when I can manage to get on and when I get it fixed (hopefully I get that laptop soon). Please don't take this wrong, I'm not saying I'm done with this RP and I'm not saying I'm done with KMC. It's just VERY irritating to post half a sentence just to have the words freeze mid sentence for 5 minutes. I'll keep posting as often as I can though. Advance the storyline a bit yourselves too ^_^ It is unhosted after all. For EVERYONE to make!

@DaftLight: Looks good but mana counter is confusing me. (who the f*ck uses mana? Is it the standard energy resource of the chosen or something? Didn't see it being mentioned before.)
and blade, I wasn't actually too sure. I think at the time I assumed Magic counter was like.. the damage dealt/how long a chosen can use spells without getting tired./ the magnitude of the spells used.
Sort of like, magic ability?
If it is something else then I'll probably request to change the power.

We can't do that you have to do that it's your rp and you have to set the classification of whats over the top in this rp you made the rules and I'm sorry if it comes off mean I'm typing and its not the emotion i'm putting into it I Love you 2 but everyone has to do it i like your view also try typing your post on like note pad or something then copy and paste it to kmc before the 5 minutes thats what i have to do it gets annoying but hopefully it ill work hope you computer gets fixed ^_^ see i'm saying it happy and lovingly look at the awesome face itsone of my favorite faces ^_^ great taste in smilies
@DaftLight: I'd say that you should take something else. Stamina etc are practically non-existent. (At least I've never seen any char needing to take a break) Now that you mention it... What the f*ck is chosen insight exactly? *sigh* I have a feeling we won't really come up with a solution for these problems...
@immaturerainbow: Nope. Wide open for people to join. Post a CS and after the formalities of accepting it you can get to posting. (Unless it get's a bit more complicated. See DaftLight and me discussing certain issues. ^^')

OH WELL. I think chosen insight is like, vision/telepathy? and the stamina is like.. when someone has a massive gash across their chest, bleeding everywhere, broken bones, they're still fighting? rather than needing assistance? I actually have no idea.
But apart from the confusion of the abilities, is Kale approved? Cause I mean, right now he's still asleep, and the longer I wait to post, the more of a lazy ass he is waking up at 5 pm. :P

I would thing magic counter would be like some sort of mana pool, like Alice is more focused on magic abilities so if she fought someone without magic counter but was also using magic Alice should be able to cast more spells then the other...well thats what I think.
Well I believe your right about chosen insight it would come in handy like for traps or like a silent approach you can see what the others see and talk to them. Its good for my character because he becomes basically a shadow making him easy to sneak up on people. Also he could always go ahead scout it out and tell people to come. I believe chosen insite is only good if your in a group or team.
How about regenerative powers instead of endurance? Something that would allow the healing of small cuts immediately and the reparation of broken bones in a timespan of two weeks?
