tell me how does one stop a speed steal. CIS off lets take the kinetic energy of neurotransmitters away, the movement of your soul so surfer can't astral plane. Speedforce Speed Steal should be able to do that. How do you stop something like that followed by as many IMP as you they care to throw.

Nice scan there Galan however i notice that Flash consciousness still intact while the rest - physically is frozen in time, perhaps a flaw to Zooms ability and that is pretty much a big advantage to Surfers since PC resides within a heralds life essence/aura/consciousness.. This would mean Surfer would not be defenseless as Flash, if that was him in that scan - with but a thought he still commands PC..
Surfer can pretty much see time unfold around him back that up with his ability to process extremely fast information, well i think he could see Zoom coming at him.
Thought Zoom controls his own personal time bubble it still reside within the main time line and Surfer sees all of it therefore he knows every movement/place Zoom/Flash is going to be.. Clairvoyance is pretty much within a no CIS/PIS Surfers ability.. share this knowledge to Thanos via mindlink which can be done in picosecond = another advantage to team Marvel..
Back this up with his ability to turn into energy; say in the form of pure chronal energy - his pretty much immune to physical attack as it would auto time brf anyone who would physically harm him..
Sum.. difficult to beat but not impossible.. Its just that i dont think Flash or Zoom has it in them to beat a no CIS/PIS KMF version of him.. Just my 2 cents..

Flash is able to keep up because he's fast enough, the rest were statues simply because they weren't fast enough to be "locked within the ticks of a second", besides, they won't really have the reaction time, seeing as team 2 can attack faster than in a picosecond. Much faster. They will be frozen in time to them.

With zoom we really can't measure speed since were dealing with someone who manipulate time, so for someone who can't perceive or see the fundamental of time it would seem that he moves faster but for someone who can see time unfolding they could perceive zooms manipulation of time, surfer has this kind of perseption.. He can't be frozen in time since time is also within his realm to manipulate... Ahmm needing some time to sleep.. Lol

Flash was only fast enough with an amp though. without the amp flash couldnt even see him. There is a huge difference between flash speed and zoom speed.
