true... But I don't think there should be any question to the superiority of a DBZer's fighting speed to most comic characters short of those that DO have FTL standards.
The argument for a DBZ characters speed can be made easily.

Yeah Radditz was able to catch bullets and he was the weakest villain in the series. (And no I'm not going into that mess of how much the power level indicates of how fast someone is).

What power level are you able to blow up the moon?
What power level are you able to blow up Pluto?
What power level are you able to blow up Mercury?
What power level are you able to blow up Mars?
What power level are you able to blow up Venus?
What power level are you able to blow up the Earth?
What power level are you able to blow up Neptune?
What power level are you able to blow up etc...

Quantify, damn it. The numbers are meaningless outside of comparing characters. Even then Yajirobe was able to cut off Vegeta's tail. The mighty Ozaru was beaten by acharacter with a power level A hell of a lot lower than his.
I'm pretty sure Roshi or Goku maybe both I can't remember were deflecting machine gun fire early in Dragon Ball.. before all the upgrades started getting underway.

You don't need to know what the required power levels are to blow up X.
We know that characters at certain power levels HAVE blown up X and can multiply from there on an "AT THE LEAST" basis....
Yajirobi did do that yes... Definitely an instance of inconsistency in DBZ, BUT he was using a bladed weapon, something that falls into the exception category regarding most power levels up to the Freiza saga.
What does that have to do with the fact that you can take a feat from Frieza and multiply it by 100x "AT THE LEAST"?

Goku was shown bullet proof multiple times as a child iirc.

Goku climbing to the moon and breathing in space or kicking Yamcha through the forth wall? Sure..... Goku being bullet proof? Not so much.

and wolverine was able to cut deeper into thanos than he ever did colossus. the mighty tyrant being injured by a guy who isn't a fraction of his power. this game can be played both ways.
