Albert's levels are entirely theoretical, we never saw him fight after he upgraded himself.
Elsie Dee however is powered by a strange matter particle accelerator, and nothing good can come from destroying her chasis. Either Albert and Elsie Dee win, or they all lose because Midnighter winning is mutually assured destruction.
