Deathstroke / Joker vs Taskmaster / Riddler

Scenario
The battle begins 300 feet apart at 11 PM in Gotham and both teams know what they are facing.

Weapons
Team One
Deathstroke (Metal Staff, Sniper Rifle, Machine Gun, Katanas)
Joker (Pistol, Joker venom, Razor sharp Playing cards, harpoon gun)

Team Two
Taskmaster (Bow and Arrow, Broadsword, .45 pistol, and Energy Claws)
Riddler (Staff, exploding jigsaw puzzles, crossword puzzle throwing nets, and Novelty cigarette lighter)

Mostl likely. But Joker lacks h2h skills and he wont surprise Taskmaster with a gun or sharp cards. This is basically Taskmaster vs DS with other two acting as distractions.
