PG, I'd say.

She's stronger and faster, and Ikaris isn't one of the eternals who can use telepathy for the win. Strong energy blasts but overall Power Girl's got the advantages.

i would say Power girl aside from the strength difference not saying he cant take some hits an give them back he is normally portrayed a lil below her league.

physically he get beaten not sure what he could really do with his full range of powers since i am limited by some very old knowledge.

His normal level is class 40 and mach 1, only his energy bolts and eternal durability are impressive at base. He better amp up or he wouldn't even have a chance!
