Odin runs the KMC comic book tiers gaunlet

The Rules are simple.
Odin starts off facing everyone is the Tier1 Low. If they can not beat him for a majority then he moves up to the next tier level combined with the one before it.
So if Odin beats Tier 1 Low then then he faces Tier 1 Middle and Low next time.
Stipulations:
No Prep
There is no power copying allowed. Characters only have the powersets they have at the beginning of the match.
So how far up the ladder does Odin make it.
