For this fight Betsy has all of her current powers and abilities but she also is wearing her brothers Captain Britain costume. She also gets his sword and amulet if needed.
How will she do against Maxima.

I'm giving this to Psylock, even without the amp. Lets not forget that she was matching extreme rogue who would STOMP Maxima. The only reason she was doing this was due to her powers manifesting to a large proportion.

Maxima carried her entire race lightyears through space at the speed of light with just her tk. She was manipulating tectonic plates while basically depowered. Her telepathy is ridiculous. I'll ignore the abc logic against Rogue because she's a different animal. Psylocke can't handle Maxima's tp, and she certainly can't handler her tk. aaaaand Maxy would drop her in one punch.
