1st Age Spawn but without energy limits and with the experience of current Spawn. Herc gets his adamantine mace. Thor gets a chewing gum.

Did early age Spawn show anything that would contribute to this fight? I can't think of anything, but it's been a while.

Actually his powers were only limited by his power limit (the green numbers for his necroplasm) and imagination.

He could do pretty much everything

Teleport (also into his opponents)
Create matter out of nothingness
Change his appereance
and a shitload of stuff more

to what extent and if it's enough to hurt/take down Thor is the question though.

He showed the capacity to telepathically mind rape, and empathetically channel pain.

He showed the capacity to teleport individuals over a great distance.

He has a Spawn version of the Penance Stare.

Control over Earth, Nature, and Creatures of the Night.

Some minor reality warp, matter manipulation, and spellcasting. Apparently an Earthbounded Hellspawn can become proficient with these, but Al never gave a shit about learning to master them.
