Don't know why Sunspot is there, Blackheart and Daimon Hellstrom were with the HC they would be better as a counter to Loki since Selene doesn't really have the feats to back her magic powers up...she has been stated to be a rival of Kulan Gath but she hasn't really shown anything on panel. Only that one time when she ascended to Goddesshood.

I would think most of those villains - Ultron, Graviton, Kang, Count Nefaria, and Absorbing Man - could solo on a good day.
Ultron and Loki have what it takes. Kang in a best level showing also. Graviton and Count Nefaria would depend on what level they are at, for example Thunderbolts Graviton could surely solo while New Avengers Nefaria surely wouldn't. Absorbing Man has the power but is too dumb in general.
But put the villains together - they will win this.
The real threats on the Club side are Emma, Magneto and Selene, which just isn't enough.
