Are you talking about the true size of the new gods or the true new gods who haven't been seen in continuity yet? Because the true new gods from countdown/final crisis haven't showed feats of their true power yet.

And Countdown doesn't exactly apply to the new gods.

Either way we can firmly establish that Surfer is a complete and utter non factor, as for Yuga and Darkseid I haven't been following/read FC so I can't comment on whether or not Galactus has the ability to defeat them.
