Spider-Man Noir vs Batman

Those of you who played Spider-Man Shattered Dimensions should be familiar with this incarnation of Spider-Man but those who arent heres a link to his profile. http://spidermandimensions.marvel.c...racters/sm_noir http://spiderman.wikia.com/wiki/NOIR and a youtube video of some gameplay with him. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rKYvp...7FE9798D02E702 Hes the stealthy version of Spidey. How would he do against another master of stealth the Batman in a series of fights.
1. Take down 8 bad guys without being seen in the shortest amount of time.
2. Same thing except they have to rescue hostages.
3. A head to head fight with a week prep for each

Comic or game Noir?

Game loses all 3.

Comic doesn't have enough combat showings but he may actually win 1 based on the few where he destroys rooms and leaves pretty much at the same moment. Batman has those showings too but most often they like to show him doing mroe moves to show his MA skills
