Pretty much. Diana's got an edge normally, giving her more weapons doesn't help.

I dont know why everyone always assume Wonder Woman would win against big barda. Big barda is a peer to Orion in strength as wonder woman is a peer to Superman in strength. Superman and Orion are both equals in strength so that means wonder woman and big barda should be on the same of level of strength. The only advantages diana have is speed and flight. Take them away and she's the same as Barda.

They sparred and WW had a small edge thanks to her flight/speed.

Also their loadout is different- Barda's megarod has greater range and hits harder, but Diana has both offense (lasso, tiara) and defense (bracers), and very very good defense at that. Overall I'd say her gear is slightly better too (not that Barda's is bad), and if she gets sword and sandals on top of it, even more-so.
