My gut is telling me that he has a chance to get past Cyborg Supes; largely depends on how effective Henshaws technopathy is against Nimrod and wether or not Nimrod can adapt a defense against it in a reasonable time frame...
If Nimrod can resist Henshaws technopathy, though, I think he stalemates against H/P Doomsday...

Nimrod is a beast. he hung with Juggernaut. I think with his strength and AI he can at least make it through #6. I think he stops at Black Adam, but Nimrod is smart enough to maybe turn him back into a human.
I think he can beat Quasar, but he is not beating Henshaw unless he has some futuristic AI that stops him form being taken over. MASTER MOLD was able to take him over, MM was designed just to take him over.
I think him VS Doomsday would be a great fight, but HP would eventually rip him apart.
