Depends on the Destroyer armor. If it has Asgard power it comes between that and HP body or Gem
Unpowered Destroyer armor is really not as good as Doomsday Body or Gem.
However that said Doom has always come of as a long term kind of guy and I assume with that he keeps his magic if he takes Doomsday body. So Doomsday body there will come a point where it will overcome Cytorrak level endurance and strength considering I think Doom would shatter his own body time and again knowing how it works in order to forge it into the Perfect body and after that his mystical capabilities and tech would follow suit now that time would no longer be an issue. Given a year Doomsday body overall he would make that body stronger than trion juggernaut
Doom would go after people just strong enough to beat him. He would beat them to near death then have them kill him. He would come back and destroy their wounded bodies.

The Destroyer's Armor has the ability to store nigh infinite energy. In it's last appearance, the alchemist used it to forcefully drain the energy of all the other pantheons of heaven. He was warping the fabric of creation with it.
As far as energy absorption goes, Odin's creations are ridiculous.

he could simulate what everything else does (doesn't have to be the same power output but whatever), and he gets to keep his armour which he can improve on a whim with the power cosmic.
his time manipulation powers will be heightened, speed, gains a measure of omniscience, etc
a lot of what surfer can do can be done with tech or magic but Doom's body is a bit of a weak point besides. Could you imagine how much tech and magic he could research at superspeeds.
