dr doom got 20 days of prep can he take odin?

fight takes place in latveria and odin is walking there making fun of latveria saying its a third world shit hole , then to add more to the injury he is raping latverian women and making them pregnent with his children saying latverian man dont deserve to breed , dr doom is pissed he wants to kill odin how does it go

Considering Odin is breathing down his neck the 20 days is ovekill. If Doom was invading Asgard he'd need more time as he always does best under pressure.
