Stats. That's the key word. But I think his endurance would give him the win. He can fight for days and honestly, she can't finish him. He's a durable guy.
I'd put fight analysis as equal with Cain having better agility but I see this like a fight with the punisher Midnighter durability just lets him soak until he can force her to engage close and personal when she realizes that fighting on the outside lets his analysis get around her speed and she moves in close to make it an issue of reaction speed on Midnighter's part and he'll catch her there.
