i'd say she's thing-level in strength. she MIGHT be faster than spidey as well--at least in straight speed. perhaps not in combat. she's also hella durable and very skilled.
that said, spidey sense (if he has it here) would be a definite issue and she would have problems hitting him. the webbing would also be a big problem. if he got her with enough of it, he'd incapacitate her long enough to win. not impossible for her to take a couple though, imo.
Jakita isn't really the type of character meant for vs. battles. Super powers were basically a backdrop in Planetary, while the characters and story took center stage. I doubt we can say anything definitively about a character with maybe 4-5 usable feats over the course of about 25 issues.
