 Steel Serpert vs Bullseye

This fight takes in a large abandoned warehouse, Bullseye has has 20 shurikens and 5 throwing knives. The 2 start 50 yards apart.

So who takes this? Iron Fist's nemesis or Daredevil's sparring partner?
