 Black Knight vs Thor

Equal bodies. Thor's hammer is still enchanted to return to his hand and fly, but cannot use any other tricks. Dane has an indestructible sword as piercing as a regular sword. Thor gets a shield.

Who takes it?

Fight in the middle of the desert.
