Felecia, Norman is at least as fast, stronger, and a decent fighter, but cat is way faster, more mobile, and can fight equally well. one or two shots won't put her down, so there is no way Norman is going to hit her enough to straight ko her. on top of this, she has her standard equip which includes claws and rope which she can shoot like webbing, and Norman only gets his suit in scenario 1.
and she gets a serum that affects her opponent's luck, basically a machine that creates PIS.

Norman 8-10/10 in scenario 1, can't see Felecia punching through the suit, but her serum might get something.
