What I'm saying is that if the fight were to last to a point where anything was "eventually" going to happen, it would be Thor "eventually" having to clean Thanos' brains off of his hammer.

I have that issue and i don't remember Thanos saying Thor was getting stronger. He might have said it though, but I don't have the issue in front of me.

Sure but it's not like Olik had any showings... the only reason he existed was so Warlock had someone to beat up, and he displayed no skill or power at all.

To me it felt as if Warlock was clearly portrayed as being the leader/brains of the situation (until Thanos showed up) and Warlock didn't get his ass kicked as much as Surfer did, at least.

I agree, I just mean in terms of combat feats... He seemed pretty smart, at least.

People forget Warlock's powers. lol, in his early days his powers were almost entirely matter manipulation. Now, I can't remember the last time I saw him do that.

Adam Warlock is a beast in terms of combat effectiveness. Based on what I remember, I'd put him on par with the elites in a battle.

Owning both him and Surfer so thoroughly is beyond top tier capabilities imho.

Yeah, and we're not likely to see Thor portrayed in that light anytime soon. Against big bad cosmic threats such as Glory or Chaos King, sure, we'll see Thor bust out high end power, but against his fellow peers, I don't think we'll Thor take on multiple heralds and stomp all over them. Though, if I read right, one of the big fights in Fear Itself should be Hulk/Thing w/hammers versus Thor or something.

I think he could take wins against thor without help... it baffles me how Starlin allowed his pet character to be beaten so badly in that arc.

No, Thor also knocked him out in a couple hits.

Where are the cowards who claim the PG makes you invincible?
Why are you guys not debating for Thor here?

Should I list the one's who made this claim?
