Superman vs Captain Everything

Captain Everything from the Normalman series, where everyones a super hero except for Normalman. Maybe you'll remember an episode Darkwing Duck had where he was dubbed "Ordinary Guy" on a planet of heroes, a homage to this series.

Captain Everythings power set was to come up with a new power at every plot twist. Basically, he had Silver Age Supes ability to pull powers out of his ass as the plot demands.

Who wins?

A pretty obvious Superman parody.

His main weakness, is that he's really stupid. Often, he's flat out forget to use a power.
