That wasn't Hawkeye, it was Bullseye in Hawkeye's uniform.

She absolutely crushed him while drugged, exhausted, and afflicted by poisons.

She also one-shotted Taskmaster, Crossbones' trainer, in their second encounter.

They've fought very few times and since her resurrection only once, while she was handicapped, and she beat his ass.

She only "stalemated" Black Widow because she was looking for information, not a kill. Kind of hard to have a character die in her own ongoing.
