Mitchell Royce versus Perry White.
I have not been on this forum in over two years. QUERY! Mitchell Royce, City Editor for THE WORD and best friend of outlaw journalist Spider Jerusalem in a no-holds-barred match against.... PERRY WHITE! The Chief, (Super-Chief in that one silver age story where he got all of Superman's powers!), editor et all of the Daily Planet.
The scenario: neither are using their "super" powered reporters (Spider or Clark Kent). Who runs a better newspaper? You have to consider that Perry has individuals like Lois Lane, Jimmy Olsen, Ron White, and so on working for him.... and at the same time, you have to consider that MITCHELL ROYCE, TWO-FISTED EDITOR is awesome, all the time. Who WINS!?

Well, Perry White is pretty much a Marty Stu of journalism, but Royce worked in a weird place at a weird pace. I like the latter the most.
