Dr. Fate vs Rulk

Any way Rulk can absorb the energy put out by sorcery? If so, what can he do against Fate?

Any incarnation of Fate is fine for this, as they all generally operate the same way.

Can Fate stay out of reach long enough to win and can Rulk absorb enough quickly enough to keep from overloading himself?

we don't put loeb and rulk in the same post anymore. Besides Lord of Order Fate operating at his best face rapes rulk regardless of anything except maybe loeb force... But we ignoring that possibility.
