Tron (Rinzler) vs. Anakin (Darth Vader)

They fight in the grid. This is pre suit Vader at the end of the movie vs. Tron as Clu 2's primary enforcer. Who wins ?

His precog would allow Anakin to stop the disc and block any projectile weapons.

Force Choke + saber would mean sure death. If breathing is an issue his Force pushes would slam Tron into walls.

In melee skill Tron disarmed would be short work for the Jedi/Sith.

I think in an up close and personal battle precog would only help him so much and I personally see Rinzler beating him. I think Vader can definitely block the disc throws I just don't favor him in an up close and personal battle when it's going to end up like that sooner or later.

So you do agree its silly to think a program dies of suffocation. I also see Rinzler as being more acrobatic and skilled. Vader is up against his two discs. Can he win ?

Well i can't say for sure that they needed to breathe or not. They were very human like and things that would kill humans killed them. The chick got her arm cut off and would have dies unless they tended to it. Same would be true for a human.

Regardless there are other ways Ani could use the force here
