The hero is getting beaten physically, mentally or emotionally. He/she somehow manages to dig deep and pull out a win. Or even better, turns it up a notch to show the opponent that "you were never truly in my league byatch". Post your scans here.

I don't know why some of you are going on about being right and winning. Rob and Impediment were in on this gag because I PMed them. Silent and Rao PMed me and figured I changed the post. I highly doubt anybody thought Quan made the post, but simply played along just for the lulz.
The Annihilation Wave was over running the planet and the inhabitants are trying to evacuate. Not one of the super beings there could stop them (Ronan, Gamora, Runner, Quantum and the Elect, etc..), enter : Glorian. At first he's doing ok, then he gets overwhelmed, then he cuts loose and cleanses the planet of the Wave!
