Well, Bruce's skill factor is well and far beyond that of Osborn's. Osborn's physicality, however, is well and far beyond that of Bruce's. Stormin' Norman can take some of Parker's best shots and keep conscious as well as dish some nasty punishment out. Limited to only boxing, I'm not sure Bruce can drop Norman with his far superior stats before Norman eventually connects and thrashes him.
