Superman vs Ghost Rider(Johnny Blaze)
Ghost Rider(Johnny Blaze) in this incarnation is one of earth's most powerful hero and since he can use the Penace stare and pretty much cannot be physically harmed and with Hellfire than can burn souls it will take one of the most strongest,fastest and powerful hero of all to beat him that hero is Superman,this fight is in a clear area where Superman does not hold back every power and abilities is allowed.

Draw. Superman doesn't have the ability to put down the ghost rider physically (at least not for more than a couple seconds) and blaze is probably not fast enough to tag a superman that's going all out.
