You been re-reading your old Spider-Man comics then?
Sundown tooled everyone at the same time, including Dr Strange, Thor, the FF, the Avengers, the X-Men and possibly the Surfer and he was constantly getting more powerful ... he only stopped cos he burned a little girl by mistake (iirc)
Doesn't necessarily mean he beats Zeus, but he never showed any weakness.
