Franklin by far.... If you're asking who would win. Until Franklin shows some high speed feats X-man due to speed and thought process. If they're both prepped Franklin easily he'll have a shield that is completely impenetrable to X-man's telepathy and anything he can toss. From there it's a matter of Franklin removing all traces of his existence from the universe instantly.

x-man's speed is my only concern in a fight but assuming Franklin's precog kicks in and he has shields up before the fight it's a stomp but on the reverse X-man has crazy speed and the tk to crush the life out of franklin if he isn't ready for it.
