 Deathlok Prime vs Midnighter

For the sake of the thread Deathlok's AI is forbidden from communicating with or controlling any of Midnighter's enhancements or battle computer. Midnighter's powers are operating with immunity from influence from Deathlok's AI.

This is not Mannings or Collins. Deathlok Prime is the most current Deathlok, the one who is currently an active member of X-Force. No webbing, shield, guns or repulsor blasts for Deathlok, but he can still teleport and use his energy claws. Deathlok's battle computer and taycheon transmitter are active. Standard pre-52 Midnighter.
