Circe can always go physical; if spellcasting doesn't work she can always amp herself to near-WW levels (not Wondy's skill, of course, but a major physical powerhouse).

Won't help, she would still be magically powered-up. Here the Wrecking Crew were amped by Tanaraq to be apparently world busters and she tanks one of their hits and absorbed the magic. This was a weakened Talisman too.
