Ion I: Easily wins.
Ion II: Loses. However, I think he has the potential to put up a decent fight.
Ion III: Loses. Badly.

What feats does Ion II have that would indicate any result other than being stomped?

Don't get me wrong, he'd still lose. When I said he has the potential to up up a good fight, instances like these are what I was referring to:

In the first set of scans, Kyle effortlessly contains a detonation that could have destroyed Oa AND all of the Guardians. In the last scan, we see that Kyle's blasts are sufficient to harm Monitors to a degree. Imo, he could present a challenge. Potentially.
