 Cyclops vs Ultron

Every mutant has been infected by an organic virus manufactured by Ultron, who wants to use mutants as an undead army to destroy humanity. Cyclops gets every resource in Utopia -except the mutants-, and every tech his allies can provide in less than one month time. Cyke gets three days prep and has the location in which Ultron is hidden, so he gets to sneak attack.

Ultron has his Ultron Army from Ultron Unlimited but cannot switch bodies.

Can he do anything to save his fellow mutants?
