What is Spider-Man amped with venom ?

Doesn't matter, on paper Namor >>> Spider-Man, end of story.

But Spider-Man is way smarter and has given Namor a very good fight in the past. Namor can easily be manipulated by Spider-Man, he is so touchy.

The webbing will also help greatly.

So in the end, I'm leaning towards Spider-Man.

Spidey is amped with Venom to make him meaner, stronger, and more ruthless...make him into a sociopathic killing machine.
