Majestic's old friend/foe Spartan is still alive (albeit drastically altered) after all these eons. His goal is to remake the universe after final Entropy/absolute zero have consumed it. In order to achieve said goal (which he ultimately does) Spartan must incorporate the thought impulses of others into his being, via absorption:

A few more tid-bits...

There are only a few items in Majestic's history that have been shown capable of piercing his aura/skin...

1.) The Kusar Blades in his personal arsenal:

Majestic has also used the aforementioned swords to own the WildCATS (Spartan in particular):

Note that in the latter set of scans, Majestic's sword: a.) blocks Spartans energy attack, and b.) morphs into a completely different piece of weaponry (a mace in this case.)

2.) Swords forged from shards of the Creation Engine� Swords that can cut "anything":

These swords are so sharp that they can even cut/block energy (Captain Atom's blast in this case):

Good thread, Majestic deserved it.

It should be noted that Dreamwar didn't actually include DC characters. So the scan of him keeping up with Bart is actually a Bart that was manifested by a reality-warping pre-teen, not the real Bart. His other feats stand for themselves, but that one can't really be counted on an objective scale.
