True, but this was a ridiculously low showing for Deadshot. I really dislike the term "jobbing" and think it's very overused but in this case it applies to that fight. Deadshot's marksmanship is on a different level than Cain's - which is impressive, don't get me wrong. Deadshot does things like hit targets several stories above him, without without looking, behind his back. He's that good. But in the story you're mentioning, he literally couldn't shoot straight, his personality and speech was completely different from the way he is normally written... I suspect the writer didn't have a clue who he is except for "he's the guy with guns on his wrists."
In a H2H fight I'd give it to Cain. In a gunfight Deadshot should smoke him.
