What Birds of Prey lineup? If it's just the main three (or main four, if one includes Zinda), they have something of a numbers issue.
Apollo beats Superboy.
David Cain beats Jukko (who, while very badass, was only beating 'nighter there because Midnighter's enhancements got turned off)

Ah, the OYL team? That'd be Shiva, Huntress, Zinda, Gypsy, and Oracle (though no Canary. She and Shiva did an exchange thing, rather than serving at the same time).
Hm, that's a pretty good fight. Jukko's telepathy, sucky though it is, can probably help him find Gypsy. Shiva's really tough... she's never been shot, after all. Probably the Birds, but it's a close matchup.

Team 1 better hope to God they don't harm Galaxia, otherwise his face (which is an actual working spiral galaxy) will collapse in on itself and create a singularity that would wipe out everyone/thing on the field.
