I don't know why some of you are going on about being right and winning. Rob and Impediment were in on this gag because I PMed them. Silent and Rao PMed me and figured I changed the post. I highly doubt anybody thought Quan made the post, but simply played along just for the lulz.

Supergirl for sure.
Aren't Apollo and Homelander like the weakest Superman clones? Superior also doesn't seem to be over the top, so I would put Apollo slightly above Homelander and Superior, but that's about it.

Unsure at the moment. Stormwatch wanted to recruit Apollo, because he's a Superman level being. He had a nice asteroid busting feat last issue.
