Dick Grayson vs. Ted Kord
Interesting battle here. While Nightwing is easily a better physical specimen, Blue Beetle is much smarter and a bit better armed. The stipulations:
Setting: Metropolitan Area at night, on the rooftop of a 15 story apartment building (with plenty of cover around).
Equipment: Both have their standard set: Beetle has the BB Gun, Nightwing has his Nightwing-rang or whatever you want to call them.
Stipulations: Both are in character.
Victory Conditions: First to knock the other out or suitably restrain them (i.e. so that they can be picked up by the police later).
And... go!
