CIS is off for Spidey...he is trying with everything to drop these two.
Wolverine and Cap are aware that Spiderman is trying to kill them.

Under "normal circumstances" the duo would win, definitely.
But give Spider-Man 15 minutes of prep... these days he's written like a mini Reed Richards.
